At Prairie Standard, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Minor print placement variations and slight color differences may occur due to the printing process and screen settings.

We do not require customers to return damaged items unless specifically requested.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
