Return & Refund Policy

At Prairie Standard, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@prairiestandard.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Minor print placement variations and slight color differences may occur due to the printing process and screen settings.

  • We do not require customers to return damaged items unless specifically requested.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
