All Prairie Standard products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. During busy seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to sender, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Prairie Standard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
